All digital sales are final
Our store sells digital products (PDF guides) that are delivered instantly by download. Because you receive full access to the product immediately, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Please read each product page carefully — including the page count, the “inside the guide” details, and the sample images — before purchasing.
Exceptions we will always fix
Non-refundable does not mean unsupported. Contact us through the contact page within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right if:
- You were charged twice for the same product by mistake — the duplicate charge will be refunded.
- Your file never arrived or will not open and we cannot fix delivery or replace the file — we will replace the file first; if we genuinely cannot deliver a working copy, we will refund that order.
- You received the wrong file and we cannot supply the correct one.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available for: changing your mind after download, buying the wrong guide by mistake when the product page described it accurately, already owning the same content (for example, buying a guide individually after purchasing the bundle that contains it), or being unable to open a standard PDF on an unsupported device or app. If you’re unsure whether a guide is right for you, contact us before buying — we’re happy to answer questions.
Bundle purchases
The Hook Library Bundle is a single digital product containing all four guides and follows this same policy: the bundle sale is final, and the exception cases above apply to the bundle order as a whole.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived. By completing a purchase and beginning a download, you acknowledge that the digital content is supplied immediately.
Physical products and third-party links
This policy covers products sold directly in this store only. Books and other items purchased through links to Amazon or other retailers are governed by that retailer’s return policy.
