This website is operated by LE Designs LLC (“we,” “us”), a branding and design business and the home of author Lindsey Elizabeth’s books and digital guides. Our website address is https://lindseyelizabeth.biz.
Information we collect
Orders and accounts. When you purchase a product, we collect the information needed to complete the order: your name, email address, billing details, and what you purchased. If you create an account, we store your account details so you can access your downloads.
Payments. Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. Your card details are entered on the payment processor’s secure system and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card) for our records.
Downloads. When you access a purchased digital product, our store records download activity (which file, when, and the associated order) so we can enforce download limits and help with delivery problems.
Contact forms and newsletter. If you message us or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name and email address and the contents of your message. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
Comments and media. If comments are enabled on a page and you leave one, we collect the data shown in the comment form, your IP address, and your browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
Cookies and similar technology. This site uses cookies that are necessary for the store to work (cart, checkout, login sessions), and cookies set by embedded content (for example, YouTube videos) and analytics tools, if enabled.
